福建龙生机械有限公司位于福建省福州市青口投资区五虎山下，公司占地面积34587平方米，建筑面积18630平方米。公司前身为宁德宏泰精机有限公司，中国巴西合资企业。公司专业生产汽车、工程机械、柴油发电机、风冷柴油机、石油钻探、舰艇等八大系列890种型号年产500万只缸套，公司拥有0.75吨中频电炉9套、36台离心浇注机以及来自日本、德国的珩磨、CNC加工、外圆磨铸铁缸套生产线12条、镀铬钢管生产线2条及完整的金相、理化、几何尺寸检测设备。产品畅销日本、德国、英国、韩国、美国、中东地区、南美、东南亚等地，是国际著名关联缸套厂的配套供应商。

公司董事长林龙生先生享有国务院政府特殊津贴的铸造专家，公司从上世纪八十年代开始研制高强度、低硬度的素质缸套，并通过吸收国外技术，已形成了龙生机械独特的熔炼工艺、配方及热处理技术，产品以耐高温、不变形、高耐磨、易匹配的优良性能而著称，向世界充分展示龙生机械的铸造品牌。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

With 34587M2 land area and 18630M2 building area, the company is located in Qingkou Investment District, Fuzhou, Fujian, near the beautiful five-tiger mountain. Fujian Longsheng Machinery Co., Ltd grew out of Ning De Hongtai Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd. - a China-Brazil joint venture. Its product line covers approximate 890 engine models of eight series of cylinder liners with an annual output of roughly four million pieces, provided for automobile, construction machinery, diesel generator, Air-Cooled diesel engine and oil drilling vessel industries. The company is equipped with 9 sets of medium-frequency 0.75-Ton electric furnace, 36 centrifugal casting machines, 12 production lines for horning,CNC processing, cylindrical grinding on casting liners and 2 production lines for steel tube chromium-plating with some machines imported form Germany and Japan and a full set of testing equipment of metallography, physico-chemical characteristics and physical dimension. Most of our products are exported to overseas market, including Japan, Germany, England, Korea, USA, Middle East, South America and South-east Asia nations. We are also the supplier to liner factories associated closely with world famous companies .

The board chairman Mr.Lin Long Sheng is a casting specialist who enjoys special allowance of the central government. He has studied in producing high strength and low hardness liners since 1980s and invented the unique melting and formula technology through absorbing the foreign advanced manufacturing technology. Our products are famous for its anti-high temperature, no deformation, hard-wearing and easy matching features. It fully shows its casting brand to the world.
